Lose Weight Hypnosis PRO app good for

Ive been to hypnotists and tried apps before but this really worked for me. I dont even know what happened after she counted down from 10...all of S sudden I came to and it was over. Really fantastic work!
It has given me a jumpstart on my weight loss plan. I find it a great tool to keep me focused.
I use this app as well as the eating right and exercise apps. All have been helpful for me to stay on a steady eating regiment a promoting exercise. Since using these apps, Ive lost considerable weight and continue to exercise. In the past Ive tried to accomplish this time and time again, but this is the first time Ive stuck to a plan. I attribute this to these apps!
After 4 days of indulging fully into this app and the soothing voice behind it, my appetite seems strangely tamed...i no longer have hunger pangs and am a lot better at controlling what i eat. I listen to it twice a day: once at night and once in the morning. I feel more relaxed and more connected to myself.
Im no longer craving sweets and am eating more fruits and vegetables. Very easy to listen to!
She has a calm soft voice; very soothing to listen to. Just started a week ago and hoping this will encourage weight loss by changing my ways. R.D

Some bad moments

Ive been listening to the recording every night for two weeks. Its very relaxing, and generally puts me to sleep. If it were an insomnia app, Id give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it hasnt helped me to lose any weight. In fact, Ive actually gained 3 pounds. This was a complete waste of money. Next week, Ill be starting Weight Watchers, which I know actually works for weight loss. Ive used hypnosis for other things over the years, to get over fear of flying, anxiety, weight loss, and it has worked for me on each of those occasions. I find the message delivered to the listener in this particular app to be much less detailed than what Ive experienced previously. I suppose you get what you pay for. I dont recommend it.
This app was great...until it stopped working. I have 3 apps by this company (that I paid for) and I cant play any of them. I hate paying for stuff that doesnt work.
The voice is good and relaxing. However I have to lower the stars on the fact that the information is not correct. A woman needs protein to keep her body in fat burning mode. And in this program it is suggested to lower your protein... So that is a huge mistake.
Its great to help you relax but Im not seeing any results with losing weight. Ive only done it for 1 week and Ill keep using it to help with relaxation. Im hoping my brain will kick in with the weight loss suggestions. :)
This is for me a helpful way to start my day in an unhurried, enjoy the moment, frame of mind.
Very relaxing, soothing voice. Its a positive mental approach to weight loss not a cure, Im pleased with the app
